Submitting a takedown notice

Send a written notice that contains all of the following to dmca@peptideclients.com:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, or a representative list if the notice covers multiple works.
  3. Identification of the material that you claim is infringing, with enough detail (URL, vendor handle, listing slug) for us to locate it on the platform.
  4. Your contact information — full legal name, mailing address, phone number, email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

How we respond

On receipt of a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified material expeditiously and notify the user who posted it. We will also forward your notice (including the contact information you provide) to that user, who may submit a counter-notice.

Submitting a counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice that contains all of the following to dmca@peptideclients.com:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., the judicial district for the Northern District of California), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or that person’s agent.

Repeat infringers

{{COMPANY_SHORT_NAME}} will, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
