These Marketplace Terms (the “Terms”) govern your use of the {{COMPANY_SHORT_NAME}} vendor marketplace at sell.peptideclients.com and shop.peptideclients.com. They are in addition to our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

By creating a vendor profile on shop.peptideclients.com / sell.peptideclients.com you agree to the following.

1. Permitted products

You may list research peptides, SARMS, SERMS, nootropics, hormones (where lawful), amino acids, vitamins, ancillary supplies, accessories, and other research-use products that are lawful to manufacture, possess, and ship in the jurisdictions where you operate and where you ship.

2. Prohibited products and content

You will not list:

  • Any substance whose manufacture, possession, sale, or shipment is illegal in the jurisdiction where you operate or in the jurisdiction where the buyer is located.
  • Schedule I controlled substances under U.S. federal law.
  • Counterfeit, mislabeled, or adulterated products.
  • Products that make therapeutic claims they cannot substantiate.
  • Any product marketed for human consumption or human therapeutic use without lawful regulatory authorization.

3. Accuracy

You warrant that:

  • Product names, descriptions, dosages, purity claims, and lot information are accurate.
  • All COA documents you upload are genuine, unaltered, and match the lot they describe.
  • Pricing, inventory status, and shipping countries shown on your listings are current.

4. Compliance

You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

  • The U.S. Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and FDA regulations.
  • Controlled Substances Act and DEA regulations.
  • State and local laws in every jurisdiction where you operate.
  • Import/export laws and shipping regulations.

You will respond promptly to any compliance request from {{COMPANY_SHORT_NAME}}.

5. Communications

You may receive messages from operator users through the platform. You will:

  • Respond professionally and accurately.
  • Not use the message system to solicit transactions that violate these Terms.
  • Not share another user’s personal information without consent.

6. Advertising

Paid advertising (featured placement, category boosts) is purchased through {{COMPANY_SHORT_NAME}}. We may refuse, refund, or terminate any ad placement at our discretion, including for compliance reasons.

7. {{COMPANY_SHORT_NAME}} role

{{COMPANY_SHORT_NAME}} operates a directory and communication platform. We:

  • Do not process product payments between vendors and buyers.
  • Do not warehouse, ship, or otherwise handle products.
  • Are not a party to any sale between vendors and buyers.
  • Reserve the right to remove listings, suspend accounts, and refuse service for any reason consistent with these Terms.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold {{COMPANY_SHORT_NAME}} harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your listings, your communications, or your sales.

9. Termination

{{COMPANY_SHORT_NAME}} may suspend or terminate your vendor account at any time, with or without cause. Listings that violate these Terms may be removed without notice.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email and require re-acceptance.

Acceptance

When you create a vendor profile and click “Apply to sell” (or “Accept and continue” in the in-app acceptance modal), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. Your acceptance is recorded with your account, the policy version (v1), and a timestamp. You can request a copy of your acceptance record at any time by emailing {{LEGAL_EMAIL}}.
